As well as conventional laser cutting work, we can fully process pipes and profiles with our new AMADA FO MII NT CNC laser cutter. These parts are delicately and precisely cut, so that they can be subsequently welded together accurately – usually without additional material being required. In the future, it will be possible to process sheet metal with a thickness of up to 15 mm for stainless steel, and up to 10 mm for aluminium.
The ALFlak laser welding device offers a wide range of application possibilities in the field of mobile laser and repair welding. It is easy to weld in deep, complex moulds – and even in deep, bulky moulds – due to the cantilevered laser arm and the highly flexible tilt-swivel lens. The workpiece must not be moved. The high laser power ensures the best welding results.
We use the CAD software SolidWorks to create both ideal data for the manufacturing process, and information and documentation aids for our customers.

A picture needs to be drawn up at the beginning of each project. We collect comprehensive facts and information, provide an overview, formulate ideas and the current situation.

One of our customers comes to us with a production request for a carrier.
